RoboCop ( 2014 ) - Tin Man to Dustbin

I am sure Robocop will be anyone's dream who spent their childhood during 80's and 90's. With that being the fact this Robocop Reboot had a huge expectation to it. Sadly this movie failed to meet that and lost miserably. Though he was not much spoken Superhero compared to spider-man 'n' superman etc..yet Robocop had a unique variety to it. As far as i remember even before i watched Terminator , Robocop was my first experience of man in machine a cybernetic system and it gave thrill watching this movie during 90's.

Well all that said who wants to go for a movie only to watch costumes.? Even there are worst gadgets 'n' gizmos which for sure will disappoint younger audience and the main character Mr.Tin Man aka Robocop done by Joel Kinnaman seems to have lost his acting skills or may be he doesn't know at all. He couldn't make viewers to merge with the movie to empathize with his character and there were hardly any scenes which we could take it out of theater. Robert John Burke from original version of Robocop will always stay best and unbeaten for sure. There was no gripping story or plot was weak with a worst screenplay and we can always feel the urgency in this movie losing its track everywhere.

First 30 min of the movie is nothing but a complete boredom and last few minutes doesnt add-up to anything. The strange thing was that i was actually waiting for the climax but suddenly there came the end card only to make me realize that the climax was already gone which i dont know what it was or were it was. Such a horrible ending and so pathetic to watch. I am sure those Robocop costume , his transformation scene ( hardly 10minutes ) can be watched in YouTube itself shortly and i dont think this movie needs to be watched in theater at all for that reason. Movie is below average and a complete disappointment.
